American Express will be performing maintenance on their networks at this time which will affect our credit card processor's ability to handle transaction attempts for any card within the American Express network. The result of this maintenance may take the form of your American Express card being declined though funds are available. American Express customer support may not be able to see the attempted transaction.

This maintenance will not, under any circumstance, affect Papertrail's core functionality. Logging will continue uninterrupted.

During this window, if you try to pay for service with an American Express card and are declined, please try again after the window closes. If you pay for service already with an American Express card and it is declined at renewal, please let us know as we may have to manually re-try the card. All paid accounts have a 14-day grace period for credit card transaction re-attempts so you shouldn't see any negative effects from the failed renewal.
