Beginning September 12, 2017, search alert emails from Papertrail will be sent from alert@papertrailapp.com. Until that time, search alerts will continue to be sent from support@papertrailapp.com, but have been updated to contain the new address in the body so that filters can be adjusted in advance.

This change will make it easier for email readers to filter search alerts without also matching billing or support emails. Only emails generated by search alerts will come from this address. Emails about billing and service usage, and emails from support, will continue to come from support@papertrailapp.com.
