Papertrail Engineering will re-deploy the new Unified Login experience (my.solarwinds.cloud). As before, a few helpful pieces of information to keep in mind:

1. Logged-in users will be logged out. This will likely manifest as redirection to the login page or the Events viewer stopping live tail or search functions.
2. Customers with outstanding new-user invitations will see them automatically expire. New invitations will need to be sent.
3. Papertrail as a service–including Log collection, filtering, archiving, and alerting–will remain entirely functional.
4. Heroku users are exempt from this conversion. Access to Papertrail via the Heroku Dashboard (http://dashboard.heroku.com) will remain the same.

We recommend that if your password does not work, please reset it using the link provided on the my.solarwinds.cloud login page. Papertrail Support (support@papertrailapp.com) will be available to address any issues or answer any questions regarding this migration.
